For our clients that either had their event or live outside the Washington DC area, Queen & i have teamed up with UPS to make it easy for you to ship your flowers. There are no special shipping boxes that you must order from us before your wedding to send your flowers and best of all, Queen & I covers the shipping cost!
Yes, that's right, there is no cost to you to ship your flowers to us; it’s all taken care of by Queen & i. In fact, UPS has all the materials needed to ship your flowers to us. Once you secure your wedding date with us, we will send an email out with shipping instructions to take to the UPS store as well as a prepaid mailing label. The only thing you need to do is drop your flowers off at your locale UPS store and that’s it! UPS will package your flowers to our specifications and they will be mailed out to arrive at our studio in a timely matter. Once we receive your flowers, a confirmation email will be sent out to you.
If you live outside the Washington DC area or you have moved and need to have your finished flowers shipped, Queen & i works with UPS to package and ship your flowers to you. Once your flowers are completed, we will know the final size and weight of your display. Along with that, we will work with UPS to determine the best price and delivery options available to package and ship your flowers to you. Once you select an option that works best for you, we will secure payment and ship the flowers out.
All completed displays that are shipped, are insured at the purchased price of your display. The shipping of your completed flowers is an additional cost, and is not included in the final purchase price. Queen & i does not cover the cost of shipping your finished display to you.
